In 2010 the first Drybar was opened in Brentwood, CA, by Alli Webb, a N.Y. Times Bestselling Author and Co-Founder of Drybar. 14 years later and over 150+ locations across the U.S., Webb’s Drybar has exploded into a nationally recognized and highly sought-after brand.

With that purpose in mind, we are focused on giving each and every client the premier blowout experience while providing professional quality products and tools to better help our clients achieve and maintain the perfect blowout at home.

Meet the Owners: Raegan Chapman & Lori Harrison Andersen
Best friends since childhood and born-and-raised Oregonians, Raegan Chapman and Lori Harrison Andersen have shared a lot of adventures over the years—but becoming business partners may be their favorite one yet.
When Lori and Raegan were first introduced to the Drybar brand, they instantly fell in love with the concept: a fun, uplifting place where clients can relax, feel pampered, and leave looking and feeling their best. They knew Eugene was the perfect place to bring that experience to life.
In May 2024, their dream became a reality when Drybar Eugene officially opened its doors.
For Lori and Raegan, Drybar is about more than great hair. They are passionate about creating a welcoming, quality experience for every client who walks through the doors while also building a workplace where their team feels valued, encouraged to be themselves, and inspired to continue learning and growing in the beauty industry.
Their Drybar journey continued in March 2026 with the opening of their second location in Bend, Oregon.
From childhood besties to business partners, Lori and Raegan are proud to bring a little more happiness, confidence, and great hair to two Oregon communities they love.

When she decided to relocate to Eugene we got a gift from god when we received a glowing review from her boss. Jayden jumped in feet first with us here at Drybar Eugene and helped to create a well run

She is well beyond her years, and already having worked with our booking system, she made our opening that much smoother. We are beyond thrilled she is part of team!
